O’Neil Residence, Belmont
This amazing piece of land was hidden away from the main street and nestled in front of a creek; it was completely under-utilized. We helped transform this ranch-style home into a country French. Not a section of this home was left untouched; the entire floor plan was reworked. We enlarged every room and added a family room, kitchen, two-car garage, a grand entry and foyer, master suite, and much more. The landscape and hardscape were redone to create a park-like setting; the exterior of the home was designed harmoniously with the landscape.
