Sutro Residence, Half Moon Bay, CA
This home was completely demolished and redesigned to compliment the eclectic style downtown Half Moon Bay is known for. The home truly reflects a craftsman’s style home with added eclectic touches such as copper gutters and decorative shingle sidings. Going green was important to the owner; therefore, we installed bamboo flooring, Photovoltaic (solar) panels, radiant-heat flooring, and used finishes with recycle materials throughout the house. This home exemplifies the meaning of green.
